TICKETS
CAX is an all-inclusive ticket event. We don't sell paint or pyro separately except with in-game currency for the Civilians. You will not receive personal ammo as a faction player, instead your faction has a stockpile and your Commander will draw from it to distribute as needed. Civilians will get a small amount of ammo for "self-defense" but will have to earn in-game currency through the Buckministan economy to buy more contraband.
WHY ALL-INCLUSIVE?
NO MORE PAY TO WIN
Each faction ticket has a set percentage (nearly half!) that we spend on ammunition for for that faction. We then compile all that per-player ammo into one giant stockpile and allow the Commanders to allocate it as needed. That way neither faction can claim that the other faction "paid to win" buy buying more ammo.
SHARING IS CARING
When YOU buy a case of paint direct at a normal event, you aren't willing to share that paint with teammates. At CAX, if a teammate needs rounds, you toss him a pod/mag without hesitation because you ALL paid the same ticket price and all the ammunition is team ammunition. This creates a logistics dynamic, and promotes comradery, which is the whole point of the event.
BETTER EXPERIENCE
Lastly, when you don't have to worry about getting nickel and dimed for every bag, frag and smoke you need, you're able to just enjoy the game. Hell, you can pretty much just leave your wallets at home!
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Paintballs
More paint per player than you can possibly shoot. Seriously, No faction has come close to running out.

Glamping
Camp on-site in your tent or tentless under our large steel awning. Saturday night we will be showing a movie.

Smoke Bombs
Enough EG18Xs that we genuinely have to let the city Fire Marshal know we are NOT on fire before an event.

Shower Stalls
Outdoor showers with hot water and propane area heaters are provided. Bring your own towel and soap.

Grenades
Pretty sure if we combined all of them into one boom we could put an instantaneous retention pond in the field.

Breakfast
The Warrior's Breakfast on Sunday (Invasion tickets only) includes a solid spread served by Generalissimo himself.

First Strikes
Marksmen only, but because the ammunition load is spread across ALL tickets, you'll get way more FSR for your money.

SEGMENTED TICKETS
NEW! This year we are trying a new option with "Segmented Tickets". You'll be able to choose which part of CAX you actually want to play rather than buying a ticket for the whole weekend, thus saving you a little money. We are also allowing a handful of last-minute tickets for the players that, for whatever reason, can't manage to register before the ticket cut off date.
WHY SEGMENT THEM?
SAVES MONEY
For you and us! This allows you to choose the segments that you actually want/can to play rather than paying for the whole event when you know you aren't/can't play a particular segment. It also helps us scale our referee costs based on the number of players that actually intend to play each segment.
BOOST PLAYER COUNTS
Every CAX we have dozens of players who either can't make part of the event due to scheduling conflicts or just can't afford the cost of the whole weekend. With segmented tickets we have an option for those player. This opens CAX up to players that otherwise wouldn't play CAX at all, potentially boosting each game segment's player count.
TANGIBLE FEEDBACK
Your ticket purchases will give us good data on where in the event we need to improve. Example: If players choose Missions on Saturday, but not Invasion on Sunday, then we'll focus on polishing Missions on Saturday and rethinking, improving or flat removing Sunday's Invasion event. We read ALL the reviews, but some people, who don't have the best time, simply don't leave a review which makes it hard to make data-driven decision. This will give us more insight into what you like and don't like.

MISSIONS

Overview:
Saturday day - Detailed 45-minute missions with 45-minute planning breaks between them. These missions range from building and defending a vehicle checkpoint, to abducting HVT's from the civilian population, to an all-out, 2:1 assault on Blue's FOB. You'll be playing as a Rifleman.

BLUE TICKETS
You are buying a faction ticket. You may choose which segment of the event you want to play or buy a "Whole Event" ticket.
RED TICKETS
You are buying a faction ticket. You may choose which segment of the event you want to play or buy a "Whole Event" ticket.
CIVILIAN TICKETS
You are buying a civilian ticket. This ticket is for the whole weekend event. Make sure you intend to play at least Saturday's Missions and Sunday's Invasion.
