MicroCAX DETAILS

MicroCAX is a 1-day event comprised of multiple, 30-minute scenarios focused on small-unit action, similar to our BigCAX SF missions. Cheaper and shorter than BigCAX, MicroCAX is great for recruiting new players to the CAX universe and for veteran CAX players to hone their skills. US military combat veterans will be available for insight and instruction at player's request, during the break periods.

  • Outside paintballs are prohibited

  • Maximum field velocity is 250 fps

 

  • Empire Marballizer is the only paint allowed for this event

  • 1 Bag minimum per player

  • Players wishing to be SF need to reserve their spot ASAP; There is a cap

There are no commanders for Micro CAX

How to win Micro CAX:

Attackers must accrue a minimum of 7 of 11 available points to be victorious. 

Failure to accrue 7 points grants the Defenders victory.

 

PHASE SCHEDULE

PHASE DETAILS

Phase 1: Event Check-in

Check-in is required to participate... obviously.

  • Fill out waiver

  • Pay

  • Get chronoed

  • Unit assignment

  • Setup gear

 

Teams will be balanced before the event starts. Players that register early will get preferential treatment during team assignment.

 

Gun range and staging areas will be staffed by Glory team members and military veterans that will be offering shooting drills and tactics advice upon request, throughout the event.

 

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Phase 2: Briefing

General safety, mission briefing.

 

Duration: 30 mins

Phase 3: Beach Rescue

Get to the wounded CIA operative, heal him and escort him off the beach.

 

Primary Objective: 

Get the CIA operative safely through one of the beachhead gaps

 

Respawn Waves: every 3 minutes

Duration: 30 mins

 

Available Points: 1

Phase 4: Break

Relax & catch your breath.

Duration: 30+

Phase 5: Raid

The CIA operative needs an escort to the  Police Station to retrieve the intel.

 

Primary Objective: 

Escort the CIA operative to and from the Police Station safely along with the retrieved intel

 

The CIA operative is the only one who may collect and carry the intel

 

If the CIA operative is hit he must remain in place until a medic heals him

Duration: 30 mins

Phase 6: Break

Phase 7: Hardpoint

The captured intel has revealed the location of an enemy computer terminal that the CIA operative must hack.

 

Primary Objective (Attackers):

Escort the CIA operative to the Killhouse and defend against enemy counter attack while the operative hacks the terminal

 

Respawn Waves: every 3 minutes

Duration: 30 mins

Phase 8: Break

Phase 9: Sabotage

The CIA operative has completed his missions; The hacked terminal has revealed the location of the enemy compound and a large enemy weapon cache that must be destroyed.

 

Primary Objective (Attackers):

Get to the Restaurant and plant the bomb on the weapon cache to destroy it

 

Respawn Waves: every 3 minutes

Duration: 30 mins

 

Available Points: 1

Phase 10: Break

Rest and recover. The final assault on the compound is next.

 

Duration: 30 mins

Phase 11: Compound Assault

The CIA operative has located the enemy compound and confirmed the enemy HVT is present.

 

Primary Objective (Attackers):

Capture the HVT and hold him at the exfil point until extraction arrives

 

Secondary Objective (Attackers):

Locate, retrieve and hold the 2 intel blocks at the exfil point until extraction arrives

 

Respawn Time: every 3 minutes

Duration: 30 mins

 

Available Points: 4

Phase 12: Break

Phase 13: Exfiltration

The area is too hot for aerial extraction. Your unit must hump out of the hot-zone.

 

Primary Objective (Attackers):

Escort the captured HVT back to the boats

 

Secondary Objective (Attackers):

Get the captured intel blocks back to the boats

 

Respawn Time: every 3 minutes

Duration: 30 mins

Phase 14: Scoring

Scoring is complete. Victor crowned. Now go home and tell your tales of GLORY!
