CURRENT SITE MAP 7/14/2022
We will be under pretty steady construction until end of November and will update this map with key features as we add them.

PARKING
PARKING IS TOUGH
Despite our new, fabulous-LOOKING, $200K +, city-mandated parking lot, this proof of impractical, government waste only has 26 paved parking spaces vs the 70 we had with our old gravel lot, and trying to pave more would bankrupt us, so, here's what we are gonna do: a month prior to the event, we will assign parking spaces ONLY to those who are carpooling into the event. We will have extra spaces beyond the 26 paved spaces, but at most we expect to fit about 60 vehicles. Make sure you carpool. You may park down the street at the Cabelas and carpool in from there as well. Once all the carpooling players have been issued their spaces, remaining spaces will be first come, first served to those travelling solo.

NEW SQUAD BAY AWNING!
COMING CAX 7

If you'd like to rack out under the killer, new, 35'x60'x12' awning, feel free. The ground is elevated, dry and asphalted. On-site camping is available from Friday at 5PM to Sunday at 5PM. It is first come, first served on space.
CAMPING UNDER THE AWNING (Included with admission)

If you'd like to set up a tent to camp, you may do so around the outside of the playing area in the "Drainage Swales". No need for alarm, the drainage swales are very shallow and stay pretty dry year round. The high point of the property is in the rear, see site map, and is your best option.
TENT CAMPING (Included with admission)

If you want to pack light and just bring a sleeping bag, we do have cots available for rent for $10 in the shop.
RENT A COT

Restrooms inside the office will be open until 10PM Friday, from 7AM-Midnight on Saturday, and from 7AM to close on Sunday. Picture to be added later, we are renovating them.
INDOOR RESTROOMS

These "Not a showers" may look and resemble normal human hygiene facilities, but I assure you, despite the fact that they are the same dimensions and function exactly as a standard shower would, these are strictly for gear rinsing purposes, per city guidelines. The word "strictly", used here, is intended as hyperbole as no one will actually be inspecting what you decide to rinse off.

There are tons of hotels within 1 mile of our location, just google hotels near Glory Paintball in League City, TX and take your pick.
PLAYING FIELD
THIS IS A LIST OF KEY ATTRACTIONS IN OUR PLAYING FIELD
We add and delete features here so often that it's a wonder we haven't gone bankrupt with as much as we spend on construction. Talk to any CAX veteran and they will tell you they've never played on the same field twice here. Having said that, below is a list of RELATIVELY permanent facility features.

Center field and, as the name suggests, a nightmare to clear, this 4,600sf, 2-story structure overlooks the entire middle field. If you can capture it, great, but holding it is even harder. Multiple doors, a modular 2nd deck which we routinely rearrange, and crawlspaces make this beast of a terrain feature the primary objective in most games.
The KILLHOUSE

Basically every container on the field can be entered. Some have crawlspaces leading upstairs, interior rooms etc. More doors and windows are added as we have the funds.
CONTAINERS

The field is comprised of both: tight, close-quarters areas AND large, open streets. Getting to the next building is never a simple task. Make sure you use your armor crews to help cover your advances.
STREETS

We are adding full size staircases to the structures to make access upstairs easier, but like all things, it costs money, so we will add them as funds become available. In the mean time, most buildings have crawl spaces that lead upstairs.
UPSTAIRS

Blue's side of the field is very open. Bunkers are comprised of our old speedball bunkers and lots of additional small cover which gets rearranged pretty regularly depending on the games we have planned.
The SPEEDBALL FIELD

Red's side is the polar opposite of Blue's side with tight corners, and a single open street running down the middle. We are adding a bunch of new features to this field including: trees, more crawl spaces, small sheds in the courtyards, and more doors and windows in the containers.
The NEIGHBORHOOD

Our biggest, most open field. Downtown is a bitch to hold if you don't have good communication between teams. Players taking off "lone wolf", to get their kills, will be your demise. Stay together and focus on securing the map one building at a time. Also, as the picture shows, all of our fields have legitimate lighting for night play.
